Two week return policy, exchanges only. Exchange only if product arrived defective or damaged. Item must arrive in original packaging and with intact tags. underwear garment is final sale.

PRE ORDER

Pre-order items can take up to 10 weeks to be sourced, processed and shipped.

Time frames can be shorter than this dependent on demand and stock levels.

If the pre-order item is not available within the allocated time frame, the customer is entitled to cancel the order for a full refund.

If the customer wishes to wait, their order will remain in process and the item will be sourced as soon as possible.

Before the 8 week time frame, the customer understands that they are not permitted to cancel their order.

Once an item has been pre-ordered, it is possible to make any changes to the sizing or style.

All pre-orders are final.
